Tall Order Tees is a central Illinois apparel design group lead by a tall designer

We see our clothes as a canvas for connection; art that we can both wear and share. As C.S. Lewis puts it, “our delight is incomplete until it is expressed.” When we share what we love, our joy will inevitably multiply.

My name is Tyler Edwards. I’m a graphic and UI designer hailing from the small town of Metamora, IL. I’m married to my best friend Stacey and have the pleasure of raising three kids alongside her. Above all, I’m a reconciled and adopted son of God through Jesus Christ. In all that I do—as a husband, dad, and designer—my primary aim is to glorify Jesus and invite others to enter the joy of His salvation.

For as long as I’ve been a designer, I’ve had an enduring love for t-shirt design. It probably began when I was a young pup, ogling the wall of band tees at Hot Topic—who knows. I’ve just always enjoyed how a good t-shirt can spark an even better conversation. It’s a simple, wearable way to share what you care about—a canvas for connection (is the clever catchphrase I’ve been running with).

So starting my own t-shirt shop has always been in the back of my mind, filed away under “maybe someday.” Fueled by my wife’s encouragement and moving to a community of inspiring side-hustlers, I thought it was about time to give it a try.

I hope this project of ours brings you some kind of joy that’s worth sharing. Thank you for all of the support and encouragement to make this dream a reality.

  • Since we utilize a print-on-demand model, there is no official return or exchange option. However, if there’s an issue with the print or if you’re disappointed with your order, please email me at tallordertees@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving. We should be able to refund your order or figure something else out.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order at tallordertees@gmail.com with pictures. We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund.

  • We currently use Comfort Colors for adult tees, Gildan for crewnecks, Lane Seven for hoodies, and Gildan for youth shirts. I’m always looking for new and better options too, so if you have any suggestions, please let me know!

  • 7-14 days. A little slower than I’d prefer right now, but I’m working on a solution.

  • Once an order is placed, it immediately enters processing, which means we’re unable to modify or cancel it. Please review your product sizes, styles, and your contact and shipping details carefully before finalizing your order.
